Billing and payment procedures

All speciality baked products are weighed before packaging and priced accordingly. Customers are notified of the cost of each product prior to packaging and shipping. 

All orders must be paid in full before items are released for shipping. 

Customers who place large orders or request catering services are required to make a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost before any work is started on the products. 

 
Payment may be made by any of the following methods: 
Local bank transfer (Postgiro/Bankgiro)
International bank transfer (SWIFT/Eurogiro)
Certified cheques
International money orders
Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express)*
 
Details of your selected method of payment will be provided on your invoice.
