This delicious cake is made
with choice ripe bananas and comes in several
variations (nuts, jams and jellies can be
added according to taste). It is spiced with
specially selected almond and vanilla
essences, as well as aromatic bitters from the
Caribbean. It can be served either warm or
cold for breakfast, lunch or even dessert.
Serve with ripe bananas, whipped cream or
ice-cream for a special delight. This cake
improves with age and can be frozen and
defrosted when needed.
